At Surya Bali Gong Spirit Yoga School, practice is not limited to a single style. Different types of yoga are taught, so that each practitioner can find the path that suits their body, mind and soul.
Our goal is to offer a complete experience, combining movement with breathing, stability with flow, strength with introspection.
- Hatha Yoga: The most classic and grounded form of yoga. It works with postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama), improves flexibility, strengthens the body and clears the mind.
- Vinyasa Yoga: A fluid, dynamic practice, where movement is synchronized with breathing. Ideal for decongesting stress, activating and releasing tension.
- Kundalini Yoga: A dynamic and profound practice that aims to awaken inner energy through exercises, breathing, sound (mantra) and meditation. Particularly effective in emotional balancing.
