At Surya Bali Gong Spirit Yoga School, practice is not limited to a single style. Different types of yoga are taught, so that each practitioner can find the path that suits their body, mind and soul.

Our goal is to offer a complete experience, combining movement with breathing, stability with flow, strength with introspection.

  • Hatha Yoga: The most classic and grounded form of yoga. It works with postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama), improves flexibility, strengthens the body and clears the mind.
  • Vinyasa Yoga: A fluid, dynamic practice, where movement is synchronized with breathing. Ideal for decongesting stress, activating and releasing tension.
  • Kundalini Yoga: A dynamic and profound practice that aims to awaken inner energy through exercises, breathing, sound (mantra) and meditation. Particularly effective in emotional balancing.
 
 
 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
     
     
     
 
  • Yoga Nidra: The meditative “yoga sleep”. Physical stillness and deep guided relaxation. A journey of self-healing and deep contact with the subconscious.
  • Qigong: Ancient Chinese practice that focuses on the circulation of energy within the body. It combines gentle movements, breathing and inner concentration. Ideal for balancing the nervous and energy systems.

All classes include breathing techniques (pranayama), basic forms of meditation, as well as safe physical strengthening. The practices are tailored to the level, needs and pace of each practitioner.

Here we do not ask for “performance”. We ask for presence.
